Virtual therapy in North Carolina for new and expecting moms

Support for anxiety, overwhelm, and major life transitions. Also offering therapy for young adults and teens (15+).

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here

Hi, I’m Sharon-

Many of the clients I work with are the ones that others rely on—the givers and helpers, the caretakers, the overthinkers and planners, and the ones who keep showing up no matter how overwhelmed they may feel some days. From the outside, they often appear capable and composed, like they’ve always got it together, but on the inside, are quietly carrying the stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion of holding it all together .

These are some of the kindest, most compassionate humans I know, and they’re often the last to ask for the kind of support that they so freely give to others.

If this sounds like you, I want you to hear me when I say this — I see you.

Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone.

If any part of this resonates with you, I’d be honored to connect and explore how I can support you.
